Endorsements
Jon Lindsay has provided the following endorsement which appears on the back cover of the book. For those not familiar, Jon Lindsay served as Harris County Judge from 1975 to 1994 and created the Harris County Toll Road Authority in 1983. He has been one of the more influential individuals in building Houston's freeway and tollway system. He practically single-handedly moved the Hardy Toll Road to construction. Lindsay presently serves as State Senator for district 7 in north Harris County.
